Margaret Brightling

Business Coach & Mentor

Margaret spent many years in corporate banking, specialising in business development and marketing. She understood how to build relationships and what it takes to achieve results.

But her life took an unexpected turn when she found herself navigating a debilitating illness. During this challenging period, she explored meditation, personal development and inner work — a journey of self-discovery that changed how she saw herself and what was possible.

Having made a full recovery, Margaret chose a new direction and built her own coaching business.

For more than 20 years she has helped people make meaningful changes in their lives. Today, she combines her extensive corporate business background with coaching and an understanding of the inner beliefs and fears that can hold us back.

Petra Rakebrandt

Energetic Mentor, Former Managing Director & Author of Yin Is the New Black

Petra knows what it’s like to build a successful career and still feel that something is missing.

As an engineer and Managing Director, she spent years achieving, leading and meeting expectations. But inside, she increasingly questioned whether it was the life she truly wanted.

Her journey through unhappiness, burnout and health challenges led her to leave the corporate world and explore self-discovery and healing.

Today, Petra brings together business and leadership experience with years of training and practice in meditation, energy healing and personal transformation. She helps women uncover deeper patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom and develop the confidence to create change.

Frequently asked questions

How much time will I need each week?

We recommend allowing approximately 2–3 hours per week for the programme, including your weekly live group coaching session with Margaret and Petra. The live sessions are usually around 60 minutes, although they may run a little longer depending on the number of participants and discussions. The remaining time is for pre-recorded lessons, exercises and reflections. You’ll also be encouraged to apply what you’re learning directly to your business.

Do I need to have an established business to join?

No. Unstoppable is particularly suited to women who have started a coaching, healing or purpose-led business and want to grow it, as well as women transitioning from corporate careers into this work. What matters most is your willingness to develop your business and take action.

What if I can’t attend a live group coaching call?

We plan to record the weekly calls so you can catch up. Occasionally, sensitive personal work may not be recorded to protect participants’ privacy.

Do I need experience with meditation or energetic work?

Not at all. You simply need to be open to exploring this side of yourself and your business. Margaret and Petra will guide you through the practices.

How long will I have access to the programme?

You’ll have 12 months’ access to the pre-recorded lessons and programme materials.
